The top-down leadership style approach is becoming more of a thing of the past as groups adopt more collaborative and servant leadership models to manage and advance the responsibilities, mission, and direction of teams, groups, and organizations. We see similar shifts in other areas of our practice environment, like the movement towards an interdisciplinary team approach to care and person-centered service models. As we strive for excellence in promoting the values of our professions through our leadership style, this training will allow you to explore several best practices in ethical leadership. Featuring the Ethics Architect, Jason Lesandrini, MA, FACHE, HEC-C, LPEC, PhD(c), we will examine the rules and techniques of improv and how they relate to ethical leadership. Participants will gain evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, improve relationships with others, and create pathways to understand and address the ethical challenges faced daily.
